Former Lioness Jill Scott is challenging supporters to take on the Foundation of Light’s 25 Peaks in 25 Hours challenge.
This is a hugely exciting programme and we can't wait to get started. Together with the University of Sunderland and the Premier League, we are delighted to provide more opportunities for people to get into sport where they can meet new people, develop their football skills as well as getting fit and active.
Helen Edwards, Premier League Primary Stars Events CoordinatorThrough its specialist coaching team, Making Moves, Foundation of Light provides opportunities for thousands of youngsters and adults who have a wide range of disabilities such as Down’s Syndrome, Autism, Asperger’s, hearing impairment, visual impairment and wheelchair users to take part in a variety of sports and activities. The female disability programme compliments the Foundation's current disability sessions which mental health multi-sports coaching at the Beacon of Light.
