Premier League Kicks is a free programme which uses the power of football and the value of sports participation to help youngsters in some of the most high-need areas.

By engaging in a wide variety of sports, coaching, music and educational and personal development sessions, communities up and down the country have been transformed with impressive football and sports participation rates and the authorities reporting significant reductions in anti-social behaviour in the areas in which it is delivered.

Sessions are free and are available across Sunderland and County Durham.

Mondays - Football Session

Tuesdays - Multi-Activities

• 5-6pm (8-12 year olds)
• 6-7pm (8-18-year olds, Project hour, invite only)
• 7-8pm (13-18 year olds)

Wednesdays - Multi-Activities & Project Specific

Thursdays - Project Specific
