SAFC Stars take on Jenga challenge for mental health awareness
Sunderland AFC stars took part in a Jenga challenge to spread the message of the importance of opening up with others on Mental Health Awareness Week.
One-off match worn shirts used by Sunderland AFC against QPR can now be won at auction.
You could own a unique piece of SAFC history, these shirts being the only ones to carry Foundation of Light’s Heart on your Sleeve logo, thanks to Hays Travel donating their sleeve sponsorship space.
The limited-edition shirts were worn as part of Foundation of Light Day, and all proceeds from the auction will support our Heart on your Sleeve campaign.

Health inequalities in the UK are getting worse, with the gap between the North East and the South of England worsening.
People in communities across our region are living shorter lives; spending most of them in poor health.
We want to tackle these issues encouraging parents and grandparents to stay both physically and mentally active to inspire the next generation to do the same and live healthier lives.
Foundation of Light works with up to 20,000 young people and families every year and aim to tackle these issues, encouraging parents and grandparents to stay both physically and mentally active to inspire the next generation to do the same.
