Sports coaching for 5-14 year olds
Our UEFA and FA qualified coaches here at Foundation of Light are highly experienced in delivering evening and weekend coaching courses for youngsters of all ages and abilities.
Each session is delivered with an emphasis on fun and engagement, with the technical aspects being developed during small-sided games with age appropriate questions, demonstrations and challenges.
Little Skills
Little Skills (5 to 7 years) familiarises children with the building block techniques of football, such as dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting.
Game Play
From aged 8, players are encouraged to take the next step into Game Play. This reinforces technique through match-like games where youngsters can apply their football and decision-making skills in more challenging situations.
Course Details
Our Evening & Weekend course run during term-time only. Courses start from £4 per session and block booking is required. Total cost may vary depending on length of each school term.
