Soccercise is an innovative new fitness programme specifically aimed at women and girls of all ability and fitness levels, especially first timers – so you don’t have to be a footballer!
Combining a variety of fitness exercises with a ball, Soccercise is a great way to introduce you to football or re-familiarise you with the sport, with many using the sessions as an alternative to keep fit.
Footballs are provided, so all you need are trainers and comfortable clothing!
The image of women's football has changed dramatically especially since the Olympics with so many young girls inspired to play football. It is important we raise awareness of the opportunities available to them if they want to follow a career within the sport.
