Sunderland AFC skipper and Foundation’s Education Ambassador, Grant Leadbitter has been making the most of his time while staying safe at home.
The midfielder has been sharing videos to his Instagram where he and his two girls take part in Women In Sport UK’s Daughters and Dad’s Challenge.
Each week, Women in Sport have been encouraging families to try and make the most of this unprecedented time at home and through their Daughters and Dad Active and Empowered project, they’ve challenged daughters and dads to hone their skills together at home.
Each challenge is based on key sports kills: kicking, catching, underarm throw, bouncing, overarm throw, jumping – and Grant and his girls have taken part in them all.
The latest head-to-head saw the trio battle it out in a Dirty Laundry Challenge.
Grant competed against his two girls to see who can get the most pairs of socks in the washing basket within 30 seconds – underarm throws only!
You can watch how the drama unfolds below – you can also subscribe to the Foundation’s official YouTube channel here.
