Ladies skipper backs Regional Talent Club

Sunderland Ladies’ skipper Keira Ramshaw has given her support to the latest recruitment drive from Sunderland Regional Talent Club. The programme is holding trials for girls aged under-10 for the 2020-21 season. Trials are being offered to represent SAFC in the Russell Foster League and as part of the RTC programme, girls will receive four hours of coaching per week and be given their own bespoke strength and conditioning plan, something Ramshaw believes is a huge asset for budding stars. “It’s a great opportunity for young players, with great facilities and coaches,” she explained. “I’d recommend it to any year 3 or 4 pupils, it’s such a good set-up,” the Ladies midfielder added.
