The Beacon of Light has added to its fantastic range of activities and services with Sano Physiotherapy moving into the venue.
Taking a unit in the Sir Peter Vardy Health and Wellbeing Zone, Sano Physiotherapy will offer private physiotherapy treatments for a wide range of ailments.
Services available at the unit include initial physiotherapy assessments, sports massage, 1-2-1 Pilates and acupuncture, all delivered by experienced, fully qualified physiotherapists.
They are also offering 10% off listed prices for people’s first visit to the Sano Physiotherapy Beacon of Light site.
The Beacon of Light, the new home of Sunderland AFC charity Foundation of Light, is a centre of opportunity that will address the region’s biggest challenges through four distinct zones: education; health and wellbeing; sport and play; and world of work.
The innovative design houses a rooftop 4G football barn, capable of hosting 7-a-side and 5-a-side games, six outdoor 5-a-side pitches, a versatile indoor arena which can also host national sporting competitions, exhibitions and events, and a suite of classrooms, offices and informal learning spaces.
The Beacon of Light offers top drawer sports facilities so it is only fitting that we should be able to offer top drawer physiotherapy services to complement this.
Phil King, Beacon of Light General Manager added: “Sano physiotherapy are the perfect fit for the Beacon of Light and the Sir Peter Vardy Health and Wellbeing Zone.
“Alongside supporting our partner clubs based within the Beacon of Light they are also offering affordable services to the people of Sunderland and we’re looking forward to seeing the fantastic results of their work.”
