Develop PE and Sport in Your School

Create a lasting legacy of sport and physical activity in your school with our fully accredited Sports programmes. Our Teacher Continuous Professional Development programmes offer schools the opportunity to upskill staff, enhance Ofsted results and improve pupil performance.

Also, by developing in-house skills, our programmes allow schools to save money that might be spent buying skills in from third parties.

Our hight quality sports delivery is backed by Sunderland AFC and comes with the quality assurance that you would expect from being approved by a Barclays Premier League club. All of our Coaches are professionally qualified including afPE (association for Physical Education) Level 3 and are subject to strict safeguarding procedures as required by the Premier League.


School Sport Continuous Professional Development

Available as fully accredited Edexcel BTEC Award in the Principles of Coaching Sports (QCF), this programme designed for individuals gives teachers the skills and strategies necessary to develop a culture of physical literacy in their school.

Hands on support and mentoring is provided throughout, with a view to fulfilling National Curriculum criteria.

  • Relevant resources provided including lesson plans
  • Delivered during curriculum time 
  • Choice of Invasion Games or Dance


Inset Workshops

These bespoke full or half-day Inset workshops are designed specifically to meet the needs of your school and will assist in the development of your school sports. We will collaborate with your school prior to workshops to ensure your pupils, staff and school are getting exactly what they need.

  • Designed around the Physical Education National Curriculum Framework
  • Involve a mixture of practical work and theory, depending on your needs
  • Minimum of five teachers


Teacher Clinics

This series of workshops, delivered termly over the academic year, support and develop the continuing professional development of teachers who coordinator sport, ensuring staff and pupils get more out of Physical Education in their schools.

  • At least three per year 
  • Limited to one teacher per school
  • Covers Dance, Gymnastics and Invasion Games


Lunchtime Supervisor Continuous Professional Development

This five week programme, designed specifically for your school, will help your staff improve play and games during lunchtime.

  • Bespoke to school and staff needs
  • Covers structured and unstructured play
  • Fortifies schools’ commitment to physical activity
