Soccercise is an innovative new fitness programme specifically aimed at women and girls of all ability and fitness levels, especially first timers - so you don't have to be a footballer!
Combining a variety of fitness exercises with a ball Soccercise is a great way to introduce you to football or re-familiarise you with the sport, with many using the sessions as an alternative to keep fit.
Footballs are provided so all you need are trainers and comfortable clothing.
